Fireworks, being a web graphic editor, has a number of items in its Toolbox  that are internet specific.  The program’s Hotspot Tool allows you to create multiple URL links on a single graphic while the Slice Tool  lets you cut your large design into smaller pieces and lay them out in an HTML table.  This ability complements dedicated HTML editors, like Dreamweaver , quite nicely.
