Fireworks makes it extremely easy to create sophisticated rollover effects without any programming knowledge whatsoever.  Macromedia  has included a number of pre-packaged JavaScript  Functions that can be employed through the use of the programs Behaviors Panel  and Button  Editing Windows.   Fireworks 4 also includes Drag and Drop Behaviors  which make the already simple process of creating rollovers even easier.
